  13. Now cover the lid and coot it on low flame for 10 mn.
  14. Open the lid and garnish with cashewnuts, almonds, raisins, green and coriander leaves.
  15. For making chhachh mix curd and remaining ingredients and blend with water.
  16. Serve biryani with chhachh and riped mangoes.
