- Get 1 kg chicken
- Prepare to taste salt
- Prepare to taste red chilli powder

- Add salt and garlic paste.
- Add red chilli powder, masala powders-coriander,jeera,garam masala, lemon juice,paste (greenchili+pudina, coriander, curry leaves)
- Mix well and marinate for 30 mins (to 2hrs)
- Add 1spoon maida/ 1spoon corn flour- leave for 15 mins.
- Deep fry in oil on medium flame.
- Kids can eat it as is at this stage.
- Can extend this further, fry finely cut onions, green chillies and ginger.
- Adding chilli sauce, tomato ketup, soya sauce.
- Add the fried chicken to this and serve with onion and lemon
