- Cook in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle the coriander over all and serve onto hot plates.
Once the chicken and potatoes have finished cooking, squeeze the juice of the additional lemon over the top. This is so easy to throw together and my family loves it. I added a few things; like others I used fat free chicken broth instead of water. It is very simple to make, because you just throw together the seasoned chicken and potatoes in the oven for a delicious and hearty meal. The Ranch seasoning adds the perfect flavor to the crispy chicken and potatoes.
