Hello everybody, it’s me, Dave, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, fried rice. It is one of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Get 3 cup Cooked & refrigerated Jasmin, long grained white rice
  2. Make ready 1 cup Peas & corn, cooked
  3. Take 3 Rasher bacon, trimmed and chopped
  4. Prepare 1/2 Brown onion, diced
  5. Make ready 3/4 cup Chinese BBQ pork, diced (optional-but really good!)
  6. Take 2 stick Green onion, sliced
  7. Prepare 2 Eggs
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Chicken stock powder
  9. Take 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  10. Take 1 Sesame oil for frying
Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Lightly whisk eggs and pour into a large fry pan or wok. Spread over pan and fry (turning once) to create a thin omelette. Remove, allow to cool and slice into thin strips- set aside.
  2. Fry bacon and onion in a little sesame oil on medium heat in a wok or large fry pan.
  3. Mean while, mix stock powder and 1/2 cup boiling in a cup and set aside.
  4. Add rice, peas & corn, onion & bacon, Chinese BBQ pork, green onion, egg, soy sauce and stock. Fry (stiring continuously) until rice has absorbed stock and soy sauce and is heated through.
  5. Serve.
