- Add red chilli sauce and soya sauce, corn slurry, salt to taste, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
- Add the fried chips and ladyfingers and mix well till all the chips and ladyfingers are coated with the sauce. Turn the heat off and transfer in serving bowl. Garnish with Sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander. Serve hot.
