Marble Cake:

  1. Get 2 cups sugar
  2. Prepare 4 eggs
  3. Prepare 2 1/2 cups flour

  1. Preheat oven 350F
  2. Beat sugar and eggs together until slightly thickened.
  3. Add flour, milk, oil, baking powder and vanilla and beat until the batter is smooth and creamy (don’t overbeat)
  4. Divide batter into 2 bowls and mix in green coloring and mix red coloring with cocoa powder in a small bowl mix with other half batter.
  5. Pour each bowl into baking tin, carefully dropping each into the center of the tin- they will spread outwards to fill the pan.
  6. Bake for about 30-40 minutes in 350 F.

Cake flour is used to give the cake crumb a fine texture. Two different types of chocolate are used in the frosting so it isn't too sweet. With the other half of the cake mixture, add in the cocoa powder. Now put both batters into a greased circle tin, like a half moon.
