- Make ready Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
- Get *Suggested additional ingredients: Shiitake, Shimeji, Beansprouts, Bok Choy, Garlic Chives, etc
It only takes a few minutes! Miso ramen is one of my favorite soup noodle dishes! I think you'll love the savory and nutty flavor of the broth. Miso nikomi udon literally means udon noodles simmered (nikomi) in miso.

- Cut all Vegetables and Pork into the size that is easy to eat.
- Place Water, Carrot and Cabbage in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to the boil.
- Once boiling, add Instant Ramen Noodles. When Noodles are half cooked, add Pork and Spring Onion, then add Soup and Seasoning. Cook until Pork is cooked and Noodles are soft.
- Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy immediately.
