Heat oil in a pan, add cumin/jeera seeds and bay leaf, when jeera sizzles, add finely chopped onions and saute until it turns golden brown. - In a frying pan, add some cooking oil, let it heat then add your onions. Let it brown abit. Add salt n spinach n fry for 10 mins.
- For Chicken. By this time your chicken is well marinated. Heat your frying pan a bit. Add in your chicken n grill it in low heat as you turn it till ready n golden brown. Add in some chopped onions n tomatoes then put off the heat. Can as well use the oven.
- For Vegetable gravy, fry onions, blended tomatoes, grated garlic n ginger n 1 pc of potato for thickening. Bring them to boil, blend them then season with abit of black pepper. Garnish with dhania.
- Your meal is very much ready for service. Enjoy to the maximum.
