  20. Get 2 tsp-Ginger garlic paste

  22. Make ready 5-6 leaves - pudina leaves
  23. Get 5-6 -Onion
  24. Make ready 2 -Tomatoes
  25. Prepare 5 -Green chillies
  26. Take 5-6 -Mint leave
  27. Make ready 2 tsp-Oil
  28. Prepare 5-6 -Kaju
  29. Get 5-6 -Dry grapes
Instructions to make Vegetable Biryani:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add rice wash it nicely and soak it for 10mint. Add oil, salt, green cardamom, Cumin seeds, black pepper, lavange and water as required make a whistle for 3 it will be boiled. Rice should be bit dry and should not be soft.
  2. Take a pan add oil heat it add long slice of onion fry it well add sugar while frying it will fry quickly but onion should be brown, chopped long slice of potatoes, kaju &dry grapes fry it well enough to brown.
  3. Take a pan add ghee heat it add Cumin seeds,green chilli, ginger garlic paste,kaju, Onion, tomato fry it well enough add to mixture grander after cool down & also add curd,pudina leaves, soaked kaju, kuskus grand it in fine paste.
  4. Next step take a same pan add oil and ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, granded paste fry it & add red chilli powder, Cumin coriander powder sugar,Kasuri Methi, garam masala mix & fry it well. Add all boiled vegetables.
  5. Next step after adding all vegetables boil it well add cream to boiling curry mix it well add coriander leaves to it.
  6. Next step take a big container to make a lears to biryani add a cooked boiled rice and add gravy after that add fried onions,kaju, dry grapes, potatoes and again add rice gravy, fried onions kaju dry grapes potatoes and finally again rice fried onions kaju dry grapes potatoes coriander leaves, soaked saffron milk.
  7. After making all layer of rice,gravy & fried onions kaju dry grapes potatoes coriander leaves it's looks like this shown in photo.
