- Get 250 gm Boneless Chicken cubes
- Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder

- Marinate chicken with red chilli powder, curd, garlic paste, turmeric, tandoori masala, salt for 1 hour at least.
- Then take microwave plate and spread aluminium foil on it then first put marinated chicken in centre and lock foil rapper. And cook it for 20 minutes.
- Then open foil carefully and spread it on same sheet and and cook it till it gets browning or golden shade from out side and gravy gets dried.
- Once it's dried take pieces out and heat iron tava and add butter and oil in it and fry these pieces in it. Let itget little browning.
- Garnish with coriander and serve it.
