- Wash and put chicken in a large bowl. Add all marination ingredients. Leave aside for 30 minutes.
- In a large pan, add oil. When oil is hot, add thinly sliced garlic and fry. Add the chicken and fry until tender.
- Add the ketchup, spices. Mix well. Add water to bring sauce to required consistency.
- Add all cut up vegetables in the sauce. Fry on high flame so vegetables do not wilt.
- Turn down flame and let sauce simmer.
- Turn off heat. Dish out. Serve with rice.
