Instructions to make Cucumber Kuruma Kuzhambu:

- Peel the cucumber skin, take off the seeds and cut it into small pieces.

Grind all the ingredients under "to grind". Keep this aside.

Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds. Once it crackle add curry leaves, onion. Saute for a minute. Now add tomato. Saute till tomato mushy.

- Add chopped cucumber and salt. Sprinkle some water and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the ground paste now with little water and boil this.

When the gravy thickens switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
