    1. Heat kadai add oil to this. Keep the flame medium. When the oil hot add mustard.

  2. Now add the hing,salt, grated beetroot to this.

    1. I don't add much water just sprinkle water close and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now again sprinkle bit of water and cook another 3 minutes.
  3. Now switch off the flame add coconut and mix.

  4. Finally add the coriander and serve hot with sambar…
