  6. Preheat oven to 400*
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on rolling surface, and on dough disc. Roll out to 1/2 in thick.
  8. Use cookie cutters, and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 5-7 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool completely before frosting
