- Cut beef. Put beef and 150ml water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon grind ginger in high pressure pan. Cook for 10 minuets till beef is softened.
- Cut beef, shiitake mushrooms and carrot into small cubes.
- Wash rice and make soup. Make soup 450ml—seasoning, shiitake mushrooms water, water and beef cooked soup. Put soup on rice and vegetables and beef.
- Sprinkle sesame oil and cook rice. (After boiling, cook with low flame for about 13 minuets)
- Rest for 10 minutes and mix. Enjoy 😉
