The ingredients needed to make Teriyaki Salmon:
  1. Prepare 2 salmon fillets
  2. Get 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. Get 2 tablespoons honey
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  5. Make ready 4 cm ginger – finely chopped (or use jarred chopped ginger)
  6. Make ready 1 garlic clove – finely chopped (or use garlic crusher)
  7. Take 1 teaspoon (or to your taste) dried chilli flakes

  9. Make ready Stir fry vegetables (optional)
Instructions to make Teriyaki Salmon:
  1. Mix sauce ingredients together.
  2. Lay salmon fillets in a small tray and pour over the sauce & season – leave to marinate for 5 minutes if you have time.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 18 mins on 170 degrees.
  4. Cook noodles/rice and/or stir fry veg separately and pour sauce over the top.
  5. To use chicken instead of salmon – follow the same instructions but bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees.
