  3. Add about 1/2 litre of water and bring it to boil. Once boiled add vegetables and add another 1/2 litre water and let it cook until all vegetables are cooked. Add tamarind and jaggery and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove in serving bowl and add ghee if desired and garnish with coriander. Enjoy with rice or roti.
