  4. Take all the materials from the pan and grind them to a thick paste in grinder. Add water if needed.

For fried rice, boil the rice (with 1 table spoon of vegetable oil) until it's 90 percent cooked, then strain out the water immediately and keep the rice in a plate below the fan to cool down nicely.
